Proper Project Management is the brand of Jeremy’s project management consultancy, coaching, and educational content.
With a career spanning 15 years in the financial sector, working for one of the largest global organizations and working on some of the largest client projects, Jeremy now shares his knowledge and experience accumulated during his time in programme management, project management, and PMO roles.
He is a certified Prince2 practitioner, well versed in a range of different project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
He is well versed in a number of project management solutions, notably Smartsheet, where he is product-certified and was involved in the implementation and adoption of this tool to hundreds of global employees.
Jeremy has facilitated and led global Smartsheet training sessions (to over 500 global employees at a time) and small in-classroom workshops.
Jeremy is mostly active on YouTube and has a growing channel for project managers – covering topics ranging from artifact creation all the way through to leveraging AI in project management.
